The terms we work by.

This site and GenThink Intensive are provided by GenThink Labs. When you apply, enroll, or otherwise use this site, you are agreeing with GenThink Labs, and by continuing to use the site you accept these terms.

GenThink Intensive is a two-day, in-person, facilitated program in Philadelphia. Admission is selective, and a seat is confirmed once tuition is paid in full. Session dates, venue, and logistics are shared with enrolled participants.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Please do not use the site unlawfully, to commit fraud or send spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security, including malware, probing, or scraping.

GenThink Labs owns the site, its materials, program content, and branding. Enrollment gives you personal use of materials shared with you, not the right to resell or redistribute them.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is.

We may suspend or end access to the site or the program for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse.
